Terms & Condition

  1. License key can be used by only one person or entity for 1 year.

  2. Sharing of software is not allowed. Attempting for sharing tools could lead to the cancellation of your license.

  3. Software features, their T&C, and price may vary at any point in time.

  4. In case of any issue occurs in software due to the source site/software upgrades/policy renewals then it may take a minimum of 3 days to get the issue resolved. Clients will be required to wait till a new update is launched.

  5. After activation of software, or providing license key no refund will be provided.

  6. In case of Windows 7 or 8, if software doesn't run due to old windows then a service charge of INR 150 will be applicable, or you may upgrade your windows to 10 or 11, or get the software installed on any other PC that supports dot net framework 4.6 (No service charge will be deducted in this case)

  7. One-time training will be provided via AnyDesk/Team Viewer/Google-Meet.

  8. Support Via Anydesk / Team Viewer for 1 Year from Date of Purchase. (Mon – Fri, 11 AM to 6 PM)

  9. For any queries/issues related to software, drop a message on WhatsApp from the number you purchased describing the issue with a screenshot or short video, or  mail us or fill customer support form - To fill customer Support Form click here

  10. Our support executive will connect and resolve the issue within 48 hrs. of the WRITTEN Service Request.

  11. Re-Installation, PC/Laptop Change, Software deletion due to PC/Laptop Format, PC/Laptop Corrupt, etc do not come under service.

  12. We are not responsible for any kind of application ban. No support is provided in such a case.

  13. Government policies changes from time to time, you need to follow that. In case of any malicious user activity, the license will be revoked immediately without any warning. We are not responsible for any illegal activities.

  14. Source site will be responsible in case of any service interruption. Our Data Extractor software is only responsible for data extraction which is publicly available.

  15. If software doesn't work or gets stopped permanently then you have an option to convert your license to any other software of same price. Moreover, this license conversion is possible only once.
